The building is a significant example of a wall mosque constructed during the Lodi period, and it stands as the only surviving wall mosque in this area, which holds considerable architectural value. This mosque is a rare relic of the era and showcases the unique style of mosque construction that was prevalent during the Lodi dynasty. The mosque is built on a raised platform and measures 9.75 meters in length. Its architectural layout features five mihrab recesses on the western wall, each decorated with small, intricate niches that run along the facade. The central mihrab is accentuated by a higher wall, and it is flanked by minarets, highlighting its prominence and importance. On the northern end of the mosque, there is a return wall, while the southern wall has collapsed, suggesting the passage of time and natural deterioration. The top of the mosque is adorned with battlements, adding to its defensive character, common in architectural designs of that period. Inside the courtyard of the mosque, three graves are present, adding a historical and spiritual dimension to the space. The entire structure is built using rubble masonry, a common building technique of the time, and the walls are plastered for durability and aesthetic appeal. The mosque also features a fortress-like courtyard that was likely intended to accommodate the devotees, creating a sense of enclosure and sanctity for those visiting the site. This mosque not only represents an important part of the architectural heritage of the Lodi period but also serves as a testament to the region's religious and cultural history.
