The site is easily accessible from two nearby metro stations. It is approximately 1 km to the southwest of Hauz Khas Metro Station, reachable via Maharshi Dayanand Marg. Alternatively, it is about 650 meters to the northwest of Panchsheel Metro Station, accessible via Sivalik Road.

The wall mosque, located adjacent to the elegant Tughlaq-period tomb of Shaikh Kabir-ud-din Auliya, is an important structure within the enclosure. Reflecting the architectural style of the Lodi period, this mosque represents a unique form of wall-type mosques. It features a single mihrab recess and short return walls on both the northern and southern sides, creating a defined yet simple architectural layout. The central portion of the mosque, designed to stand out, is finished with plaster and bears an inscription that adds historical and cultural value to the structure. The mosque is accompanied by a large open courtyard, which was built to accommodate devotees during prayers and religious gatherings, highlighting its communal purpose. In terms of construction, the mosque is built using random rubble masonry, a common technique during the medieval period, where irregularly shaped stones are used to create durable structures. The surface of the masonry is finished with plaster, which not only enhances its appearance but also provides protection against weathering. This combination of materials and techniques reflects the practical yet artistic approach of the builders during the Lodi period. The mosque stands as a testament to the architectural and cultural heritage of the time.
