The mosque is a rectangular structure measuring 13.41 meters by 5.2 meters, built using rubble masonry and coated with plaster. It originally featured three compartments, each roofed with a vaulted or Bengali-style roof. The mosque was initially designed with three bays in width and one bay in depth, featuring pointed arched openings. Over time, the structure has undergone extensions on both its northern and southern ends. The central prayer chamber is coated in white plaster and is adorned with minimal colored paintings. The exterior facade has been painted green, and a tin sheet roof has been installed, partially covering the courtyard. However, these unsympathetic alterations have led to the loss of its historical and antiquarian value. The mosque's structural components include rubble masonry coated with plaster, providing durability and strength. The floor has been clad with marble, adding a refined aesthetic and a smooth surface for worshippers. The mihrab, an essential element indicating the direction of prayer, is decorated with blue-green ceramic tiles, adding a vibrant contrast to the otherwise simple interior. Despite modifications over time, the mosque continues to serve as an important religious site where regular prayers and significant religious ceremonies take place.
