The structure in question is a remarkable example of Lodi-era architecture, characterized by its distinctive features and construction materials. The tomb, measuring 5.65 square meters, is crowned with a hemispherical plastered dome resting on a high octagonal drum, a design element typical of Lodi architectural style. This octagonal base not only provides structural support but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the monument. The dome is supported by twelve local grey stone pillars, showcasing the use of indigenous materials in construction. Surrounding the structure is a 'chajja'?an overhanging eave made of red sandstone?that runs along all sides of the building. This feature serves both decorative and functional purposes, offering protection from the elements. Above the chajja, the parapet is adorned with a 'kangura' pattern battlement, adding to the fort-like appearance of the tomb. This battlement design is also present on the top edge of the drum, contributing to the structure's cohesive aesthetic. In front of the tomb, on its western side, lies a rubble masonry plaster grave, indicating the burial site associated with the monument. The walls of the structure are constructed from modern brick masonry, with concrete jaali (lattice screens) fixed in between, reflecting a blend of traditional design and contemporary materials. The architectural style of this tomb aligns with the Lodi dynasty's design principles, which often featured octagonal tombs, low domes, and an emphasis on symmetry and simplicity.
