The mosque is a fine example of Mughal architecture, built using random rubble masonry with a layer of plaster to provide durability and strength. The primary materials used in its construction include sandstone and locally sourced grey stone, which add to its aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. The mosque, measuring approximately 11.55 meters in length and 3.93 meters in width, is designed with three compartments and features a forecourt, creating a well-defined prayer space. The vaulted ceilings add an element of grandeur, ensuring both functionality and architectural beauty. The eastern facade of the mosque is characterized by three pointed arched openings, a typical feature of Mughal architecture. Above these openings, a red sandstone chajja (projected eave) runs across the facade, supported by intricately carved stone brackets, enhancing the visual and structural appeal of the mosque. Access to the flat roof is provided by a flight of steps located at the southern end of the structure. Additionally, a small flat-roofed chamber is situated on the southern side, between the main prayer chamber and the staircase. This chamber was most likely intended for the Mulla (religious leader) of the mosque, serving as a private space for religious duties and preparations. The combination of rubble masonry, sandstone, and local grey stone contributes to the historical and architectural significance of the mosque, making it a remarkable heritage structure still in use for regular prayers and religious ceremonies.
