Hazrat Syed Nooruddin Mubarak Ghaznavi, born in 1160 CE in Afghanistan, embarked on a spiritual journey from Ghazni to India, profoundly influencing Islamic spirituality. As a disciple and khalifa of Hazrat Sheikh Shahabuddin Umar Suharwardi, the founder of the Suharwardiya order, his spiritual insights were further refined under Hazrat Sheikh Muhammad Ajal Shirazi. Following his attainment of khilafat, he migrated to Delhi, marking a significant period of enlightenment. Recognizing his profound wisdom, Sultan Shamsuddin Iltutmish honored him with the title 'Sheikh ul Islam'. The epithet 'Mir Delhi' further solidified his status as a spiritual luminary in the capital. Until his passing in 1235 CE, Hazrat Syed Nooruddin Mubarak Ghaznavi Suharwardi illuminated countless souls, leaving a legacy that continues to inspire.
