This residential building, constructed during the Late Mughal period, exemplifies the architectural style of Havelis built by urban elites in 19th-century India. Traditionally, the structure has served a residential purpose since its inception. Architecturally, it follows the Indo-Persian style, characterized by a blend of Indian and Persian design elements. The building is two stories high and is laid out on a rectangular ground plan. Its entrance features a bay arch enclosed within a rectangular frame, with the rounded arch supported by piers on both sides. Above the entrance, an intricately designed frieze adds ornamental value to the facade. The first floor consists of two arched openings that reflect the symmetry and aesthetic preferences of the period. The facade is constructed from sandstone, while wooden doors enhance the structure's traditional charm. Bricks and mortar have been used as the core construction materials, providing durability and strength to the building.
