The residential building, constructed in the late 19th century, is a double-storeyed structure built on a rectangular plan. It showcases the Indo-Persian architectural style. The lower portion of the building has been converted into shops, while the upper portion retains its original form, featuring an arcaded balcony with three cusped arched openings. These arches rest on ornate columns, and the spandrels are adorned with decorative motifs. The building is constructed using brick masonry, cement, and stone slabs.
