According to local traditions, the Tokas and Dahiya clans of the Jat community, originally peasants from Rajasthan and Haryana, migrated to this area and settled here. The structure reflects an Indo-Persian architectural style, which was commonly seen in the regions of Rajasthan, Delhi, and Agra. The building faces northwest and is accessed through a multi-cusped arched gateway supported by cylindrical piers. Over time, the entire structure has been encroached upon and restored several times. The walls feature arched designs characteristic of traditional Persian-style havelis. The structure is constructed using Lakhori bricks and finished with lime plaster. Wood has been used for the doors, while iron is used in the staircase railings.
