The building, constructed in the 1930s for residential purposes, reflects an Indo-Persian architectural style. It is built on a rectangular plan and elevated slightly on a raised platform. The front portion of the ground floor accommodates several shops, while the overall facade is richly ornamented. The plinth is adorned with engraved floral patterns, enhancing its visual appeal. Relief motifs further embellish the facade, adding to the structure’s decorative character. A prominent feature of the building is its projected balcony, which is supported by intricately carved red sandstone brackets. The primary construction materials include Lakhori bricks, red sandstone, and lime plaster, all typical of traditional architectural practices of the period.
