The building was constructed during the Colonial period and showcases an Indo-Persian architectural style. It is a large structure with a prominent high central hall, flanked by lower rooms on both sides. A notable feature of the building is a semi-octagonal turret located at the north-west corner. Over time, the construction of mezzanines has altered the original character of the structure. The building is primarily made of Lakhori bricks and cement, with the additional use of red sandstone in its construction. There is no local or traditional description associated with this heritage site.
