The structure dates back to the late Tughlaq period and features architectural elements that reflect later influences, including Mughal and late Mughal styles. The complex comprises both a mosque and a tomb. The mosque is a single-storey structure built on a rectangular plan. It features a large colonnaded verandah with pointed arch openings, and its parapet wall is adorned with Kangoora battlement designs. Pointed arches lead into a domed pavilion. The tomb is also a single-storey structure, constructed on a square plan. It is topped with a dome supported by an octagonal drum and crowned with an inverted lotus. The cornice rests on brackets, and the windows are embellished with intricate trellis patterns. The entire structure is made of stone rubble masonry bound with lime mortar and coated with lime. The mosque has been repainted in green, and the doors are made of wood.
