This residential building, constructed during the late Mughal period, represents the architectural style of the Havelis built by urban elites in 19th-century India. It is a double-storey structure laid out on a rectangular ground plan, with a north-facing rectangular courtyard. The courtyard is accessed through a multicusped arched gateway adorned with floral designs on the spandrels and supported by decorated pilasters. Similar multicusped arched gateways line three sides of the courtyard, also accompanied by a series of pilasters. At the center of the courtyard is a raised rectangular platform decorated with painted floral designs on marble. On the southern side of the courtyard is another raised platform, accessed by step stairs on both sides, leading to three multicusped arches with a medallion at the center. These arches rest on intricately carved pillars featuring inverted lotus motifs. On either side of the arches are arched windows with decorative screen work at the bottom. The southern wall features several niches, each with unique arched designs and trellis patterns. The building’s façade is made of sandstone, while the inner walls are constructed using brick and lime mortar. Although the site lacks significant traditional or local historical information, its architectural features reflect a blend of Mughal and colonial styles.
