This residential building, constructed during the Late Mughal period, is a representative example of the havelis owned by urban elites in 19th-century India. Designed in the architectural style of the British period, the structure is laid out on a square plan and features a multi-foliated arched entrance. Though partially renovated, the building retains its original charm, with an exquisitely designed façade adorned with floral, vegetal, and tendril motifs. The spandrels of the arch and the pilasters, which are decorated with Ghatapallava motifs used as capitals, add to the aesthetic richness and uniqueness of the structure. The façade is made of red sandstone, while the walls are constructed from lakori bricks and finished with a cement plaster. The main door is crafted from wood and reinforced with iron bars, reflecting the durability and craftsmanship of the period.
