This building, constructed in the early 20th century during a period of Hindu-Muslim tensions in the country, reflects the Colonial architectural style. It is a multi-storey structure made primarily of red sandstone and bricks. The interiors feature elegant white marble and wooden decorations. Each floor is equipped with balconies and aerial windows, with multiple wooden-plank windows allowing natural ventilation. The walls are finished with lime mortar and cement plaster. Structurally, buff sandstone has been used for the main walls, while red sandstone is used for the railings and lintels. The flooring is made of marble, and the doors and windows incorporate both wood and iron rods. There is no significant local or traditional information associated with the history of the site.
