This residential building, constructed during the Late Mughal period, represents the typical Haveli style of the urban elites of 19th-century India, a time when the British Raj had established itself as the dominant power. Once part of a locality filled with grand mansions, the site also holds historical significance as a Round Table Conference was held here. Architecturally, the building reflects a Colonial style. It is a single-storey structure built on a rectangular plan, elevated on a raised platform and accessed via a stepped staircase. The front façade features a pillared verandah with circular columns supporting an eave, above which stands a round structure. The building includes rectangular doors and windows adorned with lattice work. It has a plain flat roof. The materials used in the construction include English bricks and cement, with wooden doors and windows fitted with glass panes and iron grills. The entire building is coated with lime.
