The historical structure was rebuilt in 1962 by Hazrat Pir Zamin Nizami Syed Bukhari, the Sajjadanashin (caretaker) of the dargah complex. Locally, it is recognized as a large assembly hall where Qawwali performances are held during festivals and on the occasion of the Urs of the Sufi saint Nizamuddin Aulia. Architecturally, it follows the Mughal style. The building is constructed on a rectangular plan and features a colonnaded stage on one side for Qawwali singers and artists. A large front courtyard accommodates all events related to the Urs celebrations. The structure is supported by decorative pillars set on a raised plinth and accessed by staircases on three sides. It has a flat roof, and the floor is clad in red sandstone, while the stage has been whitewashed and repaired. At the northern end, remnants of old rubble masonry with three arched bays—two of which remain intact—reflect the structure's original design. The building is painted in a soft off-white and yellow combination. Constructed originally with Lakhori bricks plastered over, the building also features red sandstone and local stone pillars. Later modifications include the use of concrete and modern brick masonry.
