This structure is one of the few remaining gateways of Shahjahanabad and serves as an entrance to the historic Maliwara market. Built in the Mughal architectural style, the gateway is two-bayed and features three pointed arch entrances. The roofing of all bays is made of sandstone laid over wooden panels and supported by iron girders. The entire building is whitewashed, giving it a clean and uniform appearance. Constructed using Lakhori brick masonry, the structure is finished with plaster. Its roof construction reflects a traditional combination of materials—sandstone, iron, and wood—typical of Mughal-era architecture. There is no specific local or traditional description associated with this built heritage site.
