The tomb, believed to house the plaster grave of Haji Khanam—about whom nothing is known—is a fine example of Tughlaq architecture. The structure is square in plan, measuring approximately 10.25 square meters. Its walls have a slight inward slope (batter), and each of the four sides originally featured arched openings, though two of these are now filled in with bricks. The tomb once had a chajja (projected eave) supported by red sandstone brackets, which are now in a dilapidated condition, and the chajja itself is no longer present. Decorative circular medallions adorn the spandrels above the arches, while the parapet is topped with a distinctive kangura battlement. The building, constructed using random rubble masonry and finished with plaster, is currently occupied and used as a residential unit.
