The structure, most likely a shrine dedicated to Hazrat Sayed—believed to be a saint according to popular memory—holds religious significance for local devotees who offer prayers and perform rituals using flowers, incense sticks, and oil for the lamp. Architecturally, it follows the Tughlaq style and is built on a raised platform, accessed by about twelve steps from the southern side. The site is enclosed, with the western wall designed as a wall mosque, featuring a mihrab recess. Constructed using random rubble masonry, the structure is finished with plaster, reflecting the construction techniques of its time.
