The Biran ka Gumbad, located north of the Dadi-Poti ka Gumbad, derives its name likely as a playful reference to the latter, with the term "Biran ka Gumbad" meaning "the domed building of the brother." This suggests either a familial connection or simply a popular moniker. Like the Dadi-Poti ka Gumbad and many other structures in the area, little is known about the origins and history of the Biran ka Gumbad. It is evident, however, that the building serves as a tomb, as it houses a ruined cenotaph and a gravestone marking the site of an underground burial. The tomb consists of a high-ceilinged single chamber, but its exterior features arched niches arranged in rows, giving the structure a double-storeyed appearance. These distinctive features, along with the intricately incised and painted plaster medallions and remnants of decorative artwork, suggest that the Biran ka Gumbad was likely constructed during the Lodi period.
