Though no dated inscription or academic study is publicly available, mosque caretakers and local pirs unanimously trace the shrine’s origins to the early‑mid 20th century, reporting that Bapu Armani—a mystic believed to belong to the family‑lineage of Hazrat Ghaus‑ul‑Azam—first appeared in the valley town of Moadei. Drawn by his karamat (miracle), a small cohort of disciples interred his body at a spot blessed by devotion, erecting the initial platform and chadar‑cover within a year; over ensuing decades, villagers contributed successive expansions—a guest‑house, langar khana, and a small mosque—under the custodianship of a hereditary sajjada‑nashin family.
