The tomb of Murad Bakht, wife of Shah Alam II, is located within an enclosed space, which is marked by a wall adorned with arcaded designs. The structure is accessed through a southern gateway that leads into a courtyard containing three graves, including that of Murad Bakht. On the western side of the courtyard stands a mosque, which originally had an entrance through the northern bay; however, this entrance has been walled up over time. A building located to the north of the tomb is accessed through two multi-cusped arched openings, a feature typical of Indo-Persian architectural style. Additionally, there is a verandah situated to the north of the enclosure. Despite its historical significance, the entire site is now being used as a residence. The architectural style of the tomb and its associated structures reflects the Indo-Persian influence, characterized by intricate designs and elegant arches, which were common during the Mughal era. The tomb and its surrounding features provide a glimpse into the cultural and architectural grandeur of that period, though its current use as a residential space highlights the changes the site has undergone over time.
