Dargah Hazrat Sayyad Shah Abdul Hameed Sabri Qalandari Usmani—locally also known as “Peer Chandu Miya” — is a small but well-visited Sufi shrine and graveyard complex on Hamidia Road (Qabristan, Badabagh, Peer Gate Area) in the old city of Bhopal. It commemorates the Chishti–Sabri–Qalandari–Usmani saint Hazrat Shah Abdul Hameed, and serves as a neighbourhood space for zikr, niyaz, and mannat/du‘a, with an annual ʿUrs (death-anniversary) gathering that locals document online (e.g., the 11th ʿUrs in 2011 and 24th–25th in recent years). Based on these ʿUrs counts, the mausoleum and its observances have been active since the early 2000s, though an official “foundation year” isn’t publicly recorded; practically, the dargah developed around the saint’s resting place and has grown into a community shrine over the last two decades.
