Mazar E Najmi - Syedna Abdul Qadir Najmuddin Saheb RA Ujjain

The most convenient rail link is Ujjain Junction Railway Station (the city’s main station), a short drive from the Kamri/Qamari Marg area. Local city buses and auto-rickshaws connect the Roza compound to other parts of Ujjain; the nearest major commercial airport is Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport, Indore (the Indore–Ujjain drive is commonly used by visitors, about 55–60 km depending on route

Mazar-e-Najmi is the mausoleum (roza) of Syedna Abdul Qadir Najmuddin (1814–1885), the 47th Da’i al-Mutlaq of the Dawoodi Bohra community; he died in Ujjain and was buried here, and the site has since been one of the principal Bohra ziyarat (shrine) locations in the city. The complex — often called Mazaar-e-Najmi or Mazar e Najmi in local listings — sits in the historic Roza compound / Qamari/Kamri Marg area (sometimes shown as Danigate / Najmi Mohalla) and functions as both a spiritual centre for the Dawoodi Bohra community and a pilgrimage site for followers nationwide. The shrine is associated with annual Urus commemorations and regular ziyarat programs, and it has been maintained and periodically renovated by the community (visitor pages and Bohra community reports note upkeep, guest accommodation and large gatherings whenever the Dai or senior community leaders visit). Although the mausoleum sits among Ujjain’s many religious landmarks, its significance is specifically tied to the Da’i lineage and the living devotional practices of the Bohra community rather than to secular/archaeological surveys of the city.
