Valabh Vidyanagar Education Society was established in 1984 under the Trust Act and the Society Act, with the aim of promoting educational development and contributing to societal progress.
The Vallabh Vidyanagar Muslim Education Society, established in 1984 under the Trust Act and Society Act, is dedicated to serving society by providing modern educational, academic, and residential facilities. Its vision was realized through the establishment of a hostel at Vallabh Vidyanagar, which began as a humble structure and has since expanded into a ground-plus-three (G+3) building capable of accommodating 213 students. This facility welcomes students of all backgrounds, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion, fostering inclusivity and diversity. Over the years, more than 3,500 students have benefited from the hostel, reflecting its significant contribution to the community. The Trust and Managing Committee, which governs the society, comprises a dynamic mix of professionals, including engineers, doctors, academicians, educationists, businessmen, and social workers. Together, they have effectively overseen the administrative and academic operations of the Muslim Hostel for over 35 years. Demonstrating its commitment to expanding opportunities, the Trust is currently constructing two separate new hostels, one each for male and female students, at Anand to further support students' needs. The hostel facilities at Vallabh Vidyanagar are designed to ensure comfort and convenience, with modern amenities such as rooms equipped with attached washrooms, essential furniture, and access to warm and cold water. The premises include parking facilities, CCTV surveillance, and 24/7 security to ensure safety. Students benefit from a community hall for gatherings and events, as well as a mess that provides nutritious meals at moderate rates. A reading room and library are available for academic pursuits, while a dedicated prayer hall supports regular Namaaz. The hostel maintains affordability with one of the most moderate fee structures available at any campus. Financial assistance is offered to deserving students on a merit-cum-means basis, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder access to education. Regular career guidance, counseling, and student monitoring are conducted to support holistic development.
