Eidgah Dasna is an open-air Islamic prayer ground located in Dasna, Ghaziabad district, Uttar Pradesh 201015, India. It is primarily used for Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha congregational prayers, serving as a central gathering place for the Muslim community of Dasna and surrounding villages.
Eidgah Dasna functions as a designated open prayer ground where large congregations assemble during the two major Islamic festivals — Eid al-Fitr (celebrated after Ramadan) and Eid al-Adha (Festival of Sacrifice). Unlike regular mosques used for daily prayers, an Eidgah is specifically designed to accommodate large gatherings that exceed the capacity of neighbourhood mosques. Located in Dasna, a historic town in the Ghaziabad district, the Eidgah plays an important religious and social role. On Eid mornings, hundreds or sometimes thousands of worshippers gather to perform the special Eid prayer, which includes a sermon (khutbah) delivered after the congregational prayer.
